Birth Haven is currently in the process of becoming credentialed with insurance companies.
At this time, we are considered out-of-network with all insurance carriers. However, depending on your individual plan, you may still be eligible for partial coverage or reimbursement.

The cost for insurance-benefits verification and your detailed coverage report is $35.
This fee is waived if you choose to move forward with care at Birth Haven.

We Can Talk Through Your Options
If your insurance plan does not provide coverage, that doesn't necessarily mean you need to stop exploring Birth Haven. Our team can discuss a reduced cash-pay rate when insurance coverage is unavailable. Depending on your plan and circumstances, we may also be able to explore a network gap exception on your behalf.

If your plan does not provide coverage, ask our team about reduced cash-pay options that may be available.
Network Gap Exceptions
A network gap exception is a request for an insurance carrier to consider coverage at an in-network benefit level when certain circumstances apply.
If this option is available through your plan, Birth Haven may be able to explore it with your insurance carrier. Approval is determined by the insurance company and is not guaranteed.
What Happens if Our Insurance Status Changes?
Birth Haven is continuing the insurance credentialing process.
If we become in-network with your insurance carrier during your care, our team can reevaluate your benefits and adjust billing accordingly.
